Payments and renewals
Pay using the instructions agreed with our team, then submit your payment method and transaction reference in My Grandline. Staff checks the receipt externally. A reference alone does not confirm payment.
Your first 30 days begin when your vehicle is published. Early renewal extends the current period; overdue renewal starts a new period when payment is verified. There is no automatic charging. Overdue listings stay visible.
Need to discuss your fee? Staff can record an agreed monthly amount before you pay. Existing submissions from before the billing launch remain exempt.
